Unfortunately due to new GPSR regulations I am not shipping to the EU for the forseeable.
Shipping to the USA is suspended for now too due to ever changing tarriffs.
Some of my customers in the EU and US have used mail forwarding services to get around this, so it may be worth checking that out.
UK orders:
Orders are shipped in 5-7 business days. - As a one woman operation I am only able to set aside one day a week for packing/posting orders, so it can take up to a week to process an order. Please be patient with me.

If you are in a hurry please get in touch and I can do my best to rush your parcel through (or at least let you know the date my next scheduled post office trip!)

I send all UK parcels Royal Mail Tracked 24 and all international items Royal Mail International Tracked.

If you have any special postage or packaging requests (like gift wrapping, discreet unbranded packaging, or special notes) please let me know via the note section on your order or get in touch via email.

In the event that your parcel is returned to me because of customs, or you weren't home to recieve it and didn't rearrange collection, I will contact you, in this situation I ask you to cover the cost of re-shipping the item, or I will refund the cost of the product minus the shipping fee.
